Start at the Dashboard tab — your home base
The spreadsheet is like a school exercise book with 6 different subjects. Each tab at the bottom is one subject — and you always start at the very first one!
- 1Double-click the file named Kingdom_Financial_Activation_System.xlsx to open it
- 2Look at the coloured tabs at the very bottom of the screen — you will see 6 of them
- 3Click the tab that says 📊 Dashboard — it is the first one with a little chart symbol
- 4You will see a dark navy and gold screen — that is your command centre!
Important: Blue-coloured numbers are the ones you type in yourself. Black numbers are automatic — the system calculates them for you. Never delete the black ones!
Write your vision
The God-given dream that anchors every number
Before a builder lays one single brick, they draw a picture of the finished house. Your vision statement is that picture — it is the God-given blueprint that every financial decision must serve.
- 1Find the big yellow box at the top that says Prophetic Vision / Core Mandate
- 2Click inside it and type your ministry's big vision — the God-given mandate (e.g. "Equip 10,000 families with Kingdom financial freedom by 2028")
- 3In the Strategic Timeline box next to it, write your current season — like "90-Day Reset" or "Mid-Year Shift 2026"
- 4Scroll down to the Faith Targets table — fill one row for each miracle goal you are believing God for
- 5For each faith target, add the scripture anchor, the dollar goal, what you have already seeded, and a short declaration
The Gap Remaining column fills itself automatically! Type your target and your seeded amount — the system subtracts and shows exactly what still needs to come.
Track money coming IN
Revenue rows — the Ministry tab (green rows)
Imagine a piggy bank on your desk. Every time money drops IN, you write it down on a list. That list is your REVENUE — tithes, offerings, sales, everything God sends your way this month.
- 1Click the tab at the bottom named ⛪ Ministry
- 2Look for the green rows at the top — these are your REVENUE categories (money coming IN)
- 3In the Monthly Budget column, type what you are expecting to receive for each category this month
- 4At the end of each month, type the Actual amount you really received into the Actual column
- 5The Variance column will automatically show if God gave you MORE than expected — record a note!
A positive Variance means God exceeded your budget — that is supernatural increase! Use the Strategic Notes column to write a short testimony next to it.
Track money going OUT
Expenses rows — still on the Ministry tab (red rows)
Now flip the piggy bank upside down and shake it — that is money going OUT. Rent, technology, missions, salaries. Every time you spend, you write it down so there are zero surprises at month end.
- 1On the same Ministry tab, scroll down past the green rows to find the red rows — these are EXPENSES
- 2Type your planned budget for each expense category in the Monthly Budget column
- 3At month end, type what you actually spent in the Actual column
- 4Scroll to the big gold NET MINISTRY SURPLUS row at the very bottom — this shows what is left over!
- 5Aim to move 10–20% of the surplus into your Kingdom Reserve Fund each month
The Net Surplus row calculates automatically. It shows both your budgeted surplus AND your actual surplus side by side — so you can see God's provision clearly every month.
Tackle your debts
The Debt tab — your Kingdom freedom plan
Debts are like a list of chores you owe someone. The faster you finish each chore, the sooner you are completely free! This tab is your chore-busting plan — and two chores are already done!
- 1Click the tab at the bottom named 💳 Debt
- 2In each row, type the name of the person or company you owe, and the total balance
- 3Fill in the Interest Rate and the Minimum Monthly Payment columns
- 4In the Accelerated Payment column, type a bigger number — always pay MORE than the minimum to get free faster
- 5Click the Status dropdown for each debt and choose: Active Reset, Accelerated, Paid Off ✅, or Paused
- 6When a debt is fully cleared, change its status to Paid Off ✅ and give God glory!
Two debts already cleared! The bottom summary box automatically adds up all your monthly payments so you can see your total debt attack each month at a glance.
Record your miracles
The Grounding Log — your living testimony book
This is your diary of what God did. Every time something amazing happens — a bill supernaturally covered, a debt cleared, a gift arrives — you write the date, what God did, and which scripture matches. It becomes your proof that God is faithful!
- 1Click the tab at the bottom named 📖 Grounding Log
- 2Every time a financial miracle happens, add a new row that same day — don't wait!
- 3Write the date, exactly what happened, and which prayer or altar moment was connected to it
- 4Add the scripture that matches what God did (e.g. Phil. 4:19 for supernatural provision)
- 5Always fill the Next Strategic Action Step column — always move forward, never stay still
Read your Grounding Log out loud before every budget meeting or prayer session. It reminds you and your team that the numbers are backed by a God who already showed up. Faith grows when you rehearse the record!
